The Bank has always had in its holdings items of numismatic value and significance. This collection was formalised and built upon when the Bank established the then Money Museum in 2004.

Items in the numismatic collection were sourced through purchases, gifts and long- term loans over the years and the collection now stands at several hundred artefacts. As we continue to expand the offerings of our website we will be researching and adding to the database of items available for public review and research.
